SKILL CAMPS are for players wanting to try volleyball or to prepare for their fall or high school season.

TRYOUT CAMP is an opportunity for high school players to prepare for their upcoming high school season.  Summit coaches will run drills and use terminology that players will likely see at tryouts for local high schools.  

SKILLS CAMPS

Four days of training and skill development followed by a Saturday morning of some warm-up drills and lots of game play.
Session 1:  July 8th -11th, and the 13th ($150.00)
Session 2: July 15th -18th, and the 20th  ($150.00)

4th grade - High School: 

BEGINNERS/INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

Time: 6:30-8:30PM M-TH, 10AM-noon Saturday

TRYOUT CAMP
Beginner players work on all technical skill and vocabulary. More advanced players will work on specific position techniques and receive mental tips to improve their game.

July 22nd - 25th, 27th ($150.00)

ALL PLAYERS ENTERING HIGH SCHOOL and 8th graders with prior experience.

Time: 6:30-8:30PM M-TH, 10AM-noon Saturday

Summit Volleyball Club has something for everyone.

We have advanced regional travel teams and local club teams for girls grades 4-12. We have a fall season and a winter/spring season.

We also offer beginner leagues for grades 4-8 and Fun Size volleyball for girls in grades K-3.

EVALUATIONS: early August

PRACTICES: begin mid August.

Fall season is for all girls in grades 4-8 and high school players who do not play for their high school team in season. Everyone is placed on a team.

Twice a week local practice with 4 tournaments in Rancho Bernardo. Dates TBD. Season is mid-August through the end of October.

All evaluations and practices are at the Salvation Army in El Cajon.

Cost for the season is $800 broken up into three payments.

Evaluations for 2024 Fall teams will be in mid-August at Salvation Army in El Cajon.

Teams practice twice a week and play in four local tournaments in north county through October. Season total: $800. Payable in 3 payments. $300, $250, $250

Summit has taken two European volleyball adventures, and now it's your chance! In 2015, players travelled to Italy, and in 2019 it was Spain. We return to Italy July 2024 to see the incredible historical cities of Rome, Florence and Milan. However, you also get the unique experience of playing volleyball there! Playing teams in each city, you interact with players and their families to get a cultural immersion unlike any other. Junior high, high school or college age players and any family members are welcome to join us!
